    Sharing Calendar Outlook 2002

I have a group of three or so secretaries who need to share the Outlook calendar of their boss. They have been using NetFolders in Outlook, but it is a piece of crap which has to totally be restarted about every month and we'll be upgrading them to Outlook 2002 soon, which of course, doesn't have NetFolders.

Basically I need a way to get that sort of NetFolders functionality within Outlook 2002, preferably without any additional software. Any suggestions would be, as usual, greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could try the trial version of the Time and Chaos program at www.isbister.com. This does what you're trying to do. I use it at a legal office.

We use schedule+ available on an office 95 disc. (and an exchange client disc?, or so I've read).

It imports into outlook 9x or 2000 (not sure on 2002) by going to tools->options->schedule, and allows you access control to the clients sched., as to who my read write etc.

edit: I guess Outlook 2002 doesn't support scheduler.

Well anyways, here's someone's list of Outlook, Exchange, and Schedule+ interoperability FAQs.

    Good Luck~

Thanks guys. I did see that Time & Chaos program reviewed in PC Magazine last month and it looked pretty appealing. Small, simple, and probably much easier to support than ACT!.
