[RESOLVED] Hp870CXi - don't print from Web page

We are trying to print from a Web page and the result is a "snapshot" from the IE 5.5 print preview. The result is only the URL address from the site.
I downloaded the latest drive from HP site and installed with a "new printer". Nothing!
From Office 2K - no problems

I know you said you downloaded the drivers, but just to be sure, drivers for all of the OS's are located here:

There are links on the left-hand side of that web page for FAQ's, etc....but I was unable to find anything relating to your particular problem.

I'm not sure I understand completely. When you go to Print Preview, is the proper imaged displayed? If not, then I would suggest reloading I.E. 5.5. If yes, but still can't print out properly, make sure that your 870 is selected as your Default Printer.

Check in Device Manager for any conflicts, errors, etc.
