Pay someone to find you a job....
I have been sending out a slew of resumes out and I just got a call from one "Employment Network". They lady I spoke with said that they had 30-60 jobs come in a week and painted a real nice picture about using them. I wont go into all the details, as Im sure most of you have heard of these companies that do this. The last thing she said is" Now, to get you started we need $395". Which I figured there was a fee somewhere.... Now my question, has anyone here actually used a place like this?? If so, did you get all that you were promised??

I have but the fee was kinda free, until you get hired and they took out $26 a pay check for a certian time like 1 year 2 years etc...

Hmmm...sounds a bit like a Headhunter service. Some employer's will pay the fee (mine did ).

If you pay in advance it's a scam. Headhunters make a lot of money off your contract on the backside. There's no need to get an advance from you unless they can't deliver.
Check www.clarkhoward.com to read up on these scams.

I'd be looking for some guarantees before I part with the $$$

They do put a guarantee in writing that they will get you a job... I have a few more questions for them before I commit (if I commit) I just wanted to check and see if anyone here has actually used someone like this before. Thanks for all comments, and any more are welcome as well....
