Backing Up Folders in Outlook Express 6
I know how to export the address book in Outlook EXpress 6 being ran on XP Home version but how would I back up all the folders I have created to save carious emails in rather than just finding the OE folder via browsing and copying it to a CD. Is there a better way?
Thanks,
Jeff

Its a matter of personal preference. Backing up the store folder files means you have a complete back up that you can import again.
If there are only a few you want to keep, you can copy and paste them into notepad or word documents... or save the email as and it will save as a .eml file which you can open with oe from any directory.
I personally keep my online registrations like this, saves fishing through a ton of emails .

Not sure what you are asking, but if you backup the OE folder with your .dbx files you will also be backing up your folders. If you need to restore them via the OE import utility the folders and the emails in them will also be imported. Is this what you are asking? The Export utility in OE can only export your email to MS Outlook or Microsoft Exchange. If you have Outloot you can export the Outlook Express email to Outlook and then run the Outlook Export which can export all your email to a single .pst file.
