Just mention lawyers and that you have documentation.

Then, if they still call, you call lawyer and make some money.
After you said put on your no call list you are already entitled to $500 in court. that is a law.

What I always do is say that in order to do business with you, you need to buy stuff from me. Want to buy a radio? That makes them stop. Also, answer the phone acting like you speak another language. If all else fails, tell them to document this, say that if you harass me one more time, then I am going to blow a whistle into the phone. Blow out the eardrum. He wont call no more.

Go for the money, cause you can get it. Good luck to you too, let us know what you do.
Never underestimate the power, or aggrevation, of stupid users in mass numbers..

So far this is what I have done. Since they called TWICE after I asked to be put on their "No Call List” I have requested a call log from my phone co to prove they called me that many times. I have logged a complaint with the FCC. In the complaint they ask what you would like to see happen. I asked for $1000 ($500 X 2) the phone number of the board member that is in charge of customer service, a writing apology from that board member stating that it won't happen again. Last but not least, letting them know if it does happen again I will seek up to but to limited to $100,000 for invasion of privacy.
