Red face Death by HP 4000 T

I have this printer on a network ...
    Its a HP 4000 T
There is this ONE computer that WILL NOT print to tray one from word no matter what i do.
    i have ...
    1. Removed all registry entrys refering to the printer driver and reinstalled the printer driver (making sure the printer driver is the same as the other computers)
    2. Uninstalled then Reinstalled Office 97 and all the service releases for office (upto SR-2B).
    3. Updated the anti-virus Def. on the network and done a full scan on the pc.

All the Pc's have the same SOE on them so everything should be the same ...
The last thing i can do is a re-image but i dont really want to do that just yet.

    Any ideas PPL ???
I NEED HELP OVER HERE !!!!

Does this problem affect Word 97 only, or is it all applications? Did you try the Office 97 Eraser utility available from MS? Do a search on MS's site for eraser97.exe and download it.

    Exclamation

Just in case you haven't already done so, you might read up on what HP says about "LaserJet Printers - Paper Pulling from Unexpected Tray."

Also, go here for "HP LaserJet and Color LaserJet Printers - Advanced Printing Tasks."

Also, "How to Lock Out Default Paper Trays."

    Good Luck!
