The computer is nice indeed - but the price....

Ill give Alienware this...
Their support staff Rocks in my dealings with them
When I was in school my dorm mate ordered a gaming PC from them, top of the line at them time (Like a P3-450)
Anyways, his video card bruns up(Voodoo 3 3500) and they OVERNIGHT him a new one after a few minutes of on the phone troubleshooting. I cant even get this kinda support from DELL whom we(IS dept at a college) buy MULTIPLE machines and servers from.
Guess it pays to be smaller and more focused on a particular customer base.... Anyways I can verify that their systems and support are TOP notch, of course you pay TOP dollar for that
What do you think of the Compaq Presarios?
Well personally, m'am, I wouldn't own a computer who's middle name is sorry
