Web page review
Hey everyone! Part of my new job requirements are maintaining the special ed website for the school corp. Here's what I've done so far. I'll probably do a bit more tweaking in the weeks to come, but this works for now. Let me know what you think of it.

nice job! one thing you mite consider...along the bottom of every page you mite want to add plain text links to all the pages for your java-challenged users. you can include these in a javascript file and with one line of code display this file on all pages and if the links change you can change the one file and all the pages will reflect the change...saves tons of time in editing. other than that it looks good.

Functional, but it looks a bit bland to me. Not that I'm also a graphic artist, so that may tint my evaluation here.
Consider using frames so that your link buttons point to a frame on the right, while your "title" frame remains the same throughout. This will save time on page reloads and save space on your server, as only the right-hand pane will have changing content, the "header" and left-hand panes being permanent. I don't know if I'm explaining this correctly, but I'm a bit tired. Let me know if I should clarify that.
You might want to use your fonts the other way around. Sans-serif typefonts (Arial, Universal, Tahoma, Verdana, etc.) are more commonly used for titles and headers, while serif typefonts (Times Roman, Courier, Garamond, Georgia, etc.) are usually chosen for paragraph text, as it is easier to read in smaller sizes. That's just standard fare though, and I recommend you go with whatever you think looks best.
That's what's important in the end, right?

OK, I've updated a few things from some people's suggestions. I've added frames and a few images (it's still a little plain.). I'd love to hear any other suggestions. Here is the updated webpage.

you could add a light colored, tiled, textured background..and have it follow on all the secondary pages..you could have the buttons change color when scrolled, on the links page, you could change the visited links color..I'd also think about brightening the color on the buttons a bit, and maybe adding a contrasting bar under the title

Hello all...
...been lurking for awhile...thought I'd ask you fine folks to take another peek at the website I work on...
I've used a few of your suggestions, and I'm still working on others... (mainly additional graphics and the background)
Let me know what you think.
