Go with Ruslan on this one, try another CD. maybe that file is corrupted or the CD damaged. The CDROM might read it differently or the file might not be needed with the other mainboard. You could also try to burn a copy of the CD to see if it's readable. The copy might even be better if error correction worked in the burning software.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
The problem was the RAM it was brand new but not a good quality!
I had 2 DDR RAM of a brand Elixir and tried with both separatelly with no success.
Now I tried with a brand new Sansung DDR RAM and the problem was gone!!!
