Well, I am going into an interview tomorrow for a job...
So I am trying to upgrade my position from a 15hr/wk job to a 'open' computer lab aide in my high school.
This lab is a ~45 pc open lab for teachers to bring their classes down to, and students who have their teacher's permission. also It will be open during lunch and probably after school.
Most likely I will be interviewed by the principal, and perhaps the english teacher who oversees the lab.
Now does anybody have any tips or know what I should expect to see in the interview? My computer skills are pretty well known to the principal as I once helped him set up his office computer, and my resume focused on my computer skills, so that may not be the issue. but what else should I know?
May the Schwartz be with you
Too many zeros, not enough ones.

Good luck to both of you. Be comfident but not cocky when answering questions. Don't hesitate too long when answering and make eye contact when talking to that person. Dress very neat a clean apearance makes a huge difference.

Make sure to have as many gold teeth as possible. Do something "original" with your hair. Piercing is good. Yes, show yourself as an individual.
Oh wait, you want to get hired. Yeah, make sure you are there early. Be confident, the very edge of cocky, but not. Keep eye contact, firm handshake. The first couple of seconds can make or brake you more than an answer to a silly question like "What are your faults that would keep me from making you do crap work for little pay while I dance around in lambskin boxers and a barrel while singing showtoons at the top of my voice with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders"

Since this is a school, maybe they'll be looking for someone who can actually "teach" a little or give pointers to the users once in a while. Past experience tutoring or other relevant experience may be helpful.
Your technical skills don't seem to need much coverage, so try to squeeze in some "people skills" in there if you can.
And good luck!

Thanks for the tips, as I am about to leave for that interview.
I tend to get nervous when under pressure, so I need to watch that..
Well I hope this goes well and I hope I can rise above any other applicants. I do have the benifit of allready working there so I hope that works in my favor.
