    Angry Umax Scanners on Windows XP !!

    OK, This company can go blow themselves!
    I have emailed them 10 times, about getting the scanner to work! NO RESPONSE! Nowhere on their website do they even mention anything about Windows XP compatability. So the scanner dont work! I even tried Win2k drivers, and no luck! So..anyone have any ideas...other than to stop buying products from companys who SUCK cuz they cant keep their drivers or tech support up to date?

    Right now the 2 biggest crap stains go to: Umax & D-link, for crappy pathetic support!

    Yes, finding support can be a pain. I was able to find this link concerning <a href="http://www.umax.com/support/knowledge/solutionsSC.cfm?docs=SC00192" target="_blank">"Is my scanner or digital camera compatible with Windows XP?"</a> Basically, it says that "...drivers for UMAX scanners and digital camera's are currently under development at this time. Please continue to check out the UMAX website for further details as they are released."
