Windows XP support ATA133 ?
If you're using VIA motherboard, the driver support Windows XP for ATA 133. Basically, windows xp doesn't. But some said you can enable it by modifying the registry.

Sis does ATA133 also. YOU CAN GET THEIR DRIVERS HERE...
I have heard that the XP drivers for the Sis chipset gives about 10% better performance than Sis's own driver, I haven't had a chance to check it out, and Sis just released another driver. So check it out...
