IIS4 Keeps stopping website
I have IIS4 (I know IIS4 stinks) on a NT4 SBS 4.5 server. I have a default website that users need to access for remote communication. About once a day all the objects in IIS will stop including the default web page which I need. What could be causing this? Any suggestions?
Thanks a bunch in advance!

Is your drive low on space?
What errors are showing up in event viewer?

HD has enough space. I can't look at the event viewer because I am off site. I will probably have them export it to me but untill then are there any ideas?

Well...what other services are being run on that server? Proxy, WINS, DNS?
I had a similar problem once, it was a severely overwhelmed server running IIS, Proxy 2.0, exchange, and it also had a shiva vpn tunnel established on it. It was multi-homed, and every four hours or so IIS would stop all it's services. Proxy would also stop working, the server would drop off the domain completely.
I forget what the exact fix was, I remember it had something to do with WINS and the fact that it was multi-homed...the event viewer hooked me up on that one. If your server is multi-homed and running WINS , make sure it's only binded to the internal NIC.
