    Window Media player displays zeros

    A customer was infected with a virus...we cleaned it off...sent her on her way...she has recently called us complaining that her windows media player program only displays zeros on the play list. She also says the spider solitaire displays zeros as well when she wins...

    Do any of you out there... ever heard of this...and or know how to fix this? ...

    It's probably a DLL file messing things up due to fact that mutliple programs have the same issue...

    (window media player, spider solitaire)

    Do any of you know what DLL file may be corrupt?

    What virus was it, and where in spider solitaire do the zero's display?

    The viruses were the EIKern, Klez, and few infected temp files of love letter...

    You didnt say what OS, but did you run system file checker to check for corrupt system files after the virus removal?
