What is the major difference in these 2? Going to be buying a PDA with PocketPC 2002 and want to make the right choice.

Right now, my 2 main leaders are:
Toshiba e330 (Xscale 300MHz)
Dell Axim (Xscale 400MHz)

but am also considering the iPAQ's,.
