But My Cookies ARE Enabled!

I am having problems with a friend’s computer in that they are being prompted to:

“Check to see if you have cookies enabled in your browser. Cookies have to be enabled to use the chat room.”

I have gone to both Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and Tools>Internet Options>Security setting both areas to the lowest possible level. I have also enabled all items under the Custom Level button of the Security tab. Under Privacy Settings>Advanced I have chosen to accept both first and third party cookies. I have also checked the box to “always allow session cookies” but to no avail. I also chose to permit this site through overriding cookie handling. I still {after a reboot} receive the same message listed above. She is running Windows 98 with IE6.0

I also receive this message from my computer which is a first for me.

I would appreciate any help.

I get the same, don't get that anywhere else, so I guess the problem is with the site.

I am having the same problem with Hotmail. Erased all cookies, temp and everything, lowered all security to allow all cookies regardless, and still can't get my home pc to connect to .net/hotmail.
