How do I access a zip drive from a DOS boot disk...
Ok, I got this customer's machine, who has a zip drive in it. He only needs a certain amount of hd info saved, but he's got that drive overlay crap installed, so it's inaccessable from other machines. Iomega's website is horrible, and I can't find out how to get to the zip drive using a boot disk. I don't have any software that came with it, and their website doesn't either. Any help would be much appreciated...Thanx!
P.S. If you want, you can e-mail me at:

The DOS program for a zip drive is guest.exe. You put it on a bootable disk and run it - it will find the drive and give it a nice letter. But I don't think I've used it on an IDE zip before.
I have it somewhere - I'll send it to you.

IDE works well, I have also done this through Parallel port and that too works fine.
