Ben & Jerry used to do one called rainforest crunch... that was the best ever! Cashew and Brazil nut brittle in rich vanilla icecream... I have tried to make it myself, but never seem to get it quite right..
The full vermonty is ok.

MMMM... Ice cream
My fav was Hagen-Daz Baileys ice cream.
I think they stopped making it though havent seen in a year or so.

Well it's not really a flavour preference but I had vanilla ice cream deep fried in a sort of sweet bread dough at a Thai restaurant over Christmas. Very sweet and great for the cholestoral levels.
Reminds me of living in Scotland and the deep fat fried pizzas that you could get from the chip shops. And they wonder why Scotland has a high incidence of heart disease?

No particular brand, but vanilla gets my vote too.
That way, I can top it or mix it anyway I like. 
Anything from Ben and Jerry's is a close second.

Breyers: Mint chocolate chip or cookie dough depending on how I feel.
