    Angry I-net Error reporting is annoying

    Here's the problem...Internet Explorer Error reporting pops up when you click on anything...My Computer, Control Panel, My Documents...

    The only thing I can click on is the run command line...From here I can run utilities such as msconfig, regedit

    I did all the Windows Updates, using the automatic update feature in XP...

    I can't use the system restore cause there was no previous restore point created..

    Under the Administrator logon in Safe mode I have access to everything, but I don't know what files to repair.

    No virus was detected & nothing fishy hidden in the registry

    Sounds to me like you need to run a repair install of Windows. Do you know how to do that?

    If you don't have Service Pack 1 installed you could also try that. There's a very good chance that would replace and/or repair the damaged system files or registry settings.
