I am working on a Micro Soultions Backpack 800TD tape backup drive model #143010 and it is using Micro Soultions "Backup version 5.0" and every tape that is placed in the drive comes out of the drive despooled. is this a problem with the drive or the tapes, the tapes are at least a year old.
