    Re-boot on shutdown

    Hi All,

    Have a computer in that is working fine, however....when you try to shut it down through Win98SE, it re-boots. If I disable fast shutdown, it shuts down fine. The customer is happy, but what would cause this kind of problem?

    Heh, M$ rarely explain in their knowledgebase articles why the fix works...
