    Workgroup to Domain

    I'm probably missing, but when you switch from a workgroup to a domain in XP, how do you transfer all the user data to the new profile besides cut and paste and recreating???

    You should be able to copy it from the User Profles tab in System Properties to a folder in Documents& Settings with the users domain name as the name of the folder...then permit the domain user to use it...

    Or you can use the XP Documents and Settings Transfer tools Found in Programs, Accesories.
