Alternative to blackberry
The president of our college is currently using a blackberry that I usually have to fix every other time she goes out of town. Seeing how this gets overly annoying, does anyone have any suggestions for something that will do wireless email, has a large coverage range, and is hard for a user to break. Cost really isn't a big concern.
Thanks, Miq

You could always try this. It's about the same size as a blackberry with a better keyboard, integrated cell phone and more functionality.

Check out the T-Mobile Sidekick - it uses the same GPRS network that the Blackberry uses, however also integrates: email, pda, web browsing, Instant Messenger and cell phone services in one integrated, always connected device.
The plans are: 200 anytime minutes - $39.95
500 anytime minutes - $59.95
Both plans include: Unlimited nights and weekends and UNLIMITED DATA.
In addition to the t-mobile link given above check:

FYI - I am typing this reply on the tImobile sidekick. Very cool device that browses well with a simple interface, all the pages are run through the danger server to streamline them for the sidekick device. Just flat out works.
