Schedule an auto-send of email message?

    Hi everybody

We have an HR person who wants to have a payroll e-mail reminder auto-sent every two weeks to the same people. Anyone know how to set that up in Outlook? We are using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000.

My proposed solution was to create a template of the message and a distribution list with the recipients in her contact list, then set a calendar reminder for her to just send that template to that list manually. That would have interrupted her nail filing and personal phone calls so my proposal was rejected.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks, y'all

This isn't the solution you asked for, but it might be right in line with your first suggestion, and this doesn't interfere with the nail filing.

If she created a reoccurring calendar event with a reminder, and invited those individuals to attend (ensuring that they understand that it is mandatory to accept) the item will be added to the peoples calendar on a reoccurring basis. We tried that here and it seems to work pretty good so far...She can customize the comment as she sees fit.
