Computer Shutdown Program
Does anyone know of a good program that can shutdown your computer and save your open apps like Office, ect..

You mean remotely? For what OS? Radmin has a shut down function, but unless you have an autosave for the office apps I don't know if it will save the current open documents.

It does not have to be remotely just set it to a specific time and automaticly save the open documents and then shut down the computer.
And is for NT4, 2000 and XP

Give this a look.
It doesn't say if it saves open documents, but it's free to download and try, so it won't hurt to give it a shot.
