Internet Filtering
Hey there I was just wondering is there a way to deny access to all the websites on the internet except the ones that one specifies for example with there IP address or something

That would depend on your os's and what router you have if any.... need lots of information about the network set up and how it gets to the internet.

You may want to take a look at SurfControl for a complete solution. It's not free, but it's solid and flexible.

The OS is Win 98 SE its a simple network that connects to the internet by DSL
I was wondering is there is some setting in IE 6 or something that could do that for example the Content Advisor in Internet Options.
I Have also heard that one could do it via the hosts file
