IE will not save images correctly

When i right click a images and select save as, i only get the option to save as a bitmap rather than jpg or whatever the original file type is.


I am really at a loss of ideas on how to fix this other than reinstalling IE...


That is my first step, but just wondering if there is anything else i should try first before the reinstall



Then again this would be a good time to do my tri boot, i think a good wipe could do some good at this point in time...

First thing to do is clear out the temporary internet files (General Tab in Internet Options), this usually sorts it out.
