HAD NEW SOUND CARD INSTALLED
NO SOUND DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET DRIVERS
FOR THIS CARD . ONLY NUMBERS FOR CARD ARE

whats it say on the chipset of the card? if it says 'OPL'then it's a yamaha card. this site also has picture identification of soud card chipsets, just go to driver search choose sound card and you'll see the link for picture ID
