Setting new window size in IE6
My son mis-typed a URL and wound up at a malicious website that tried to hijack the browser settings. Although my security settings prevented this, now when a new window is opened from within IE it's the size of my thumb nail. I've scoured IE's settings and can't find a way to fix this. Anyone know if this is strictly a registry setting, and if it is it's location?
Thanks...

not sure about a registry setting. try maximizing the thumbnail and hitting ctrl+click on the X to close the window?
I'll check around some more because now this is bugging me, I know I've seen that setting somewhere.

It's easier than you think. Open IE, resize the window without doing anything else, then close it. That should set the new size. I believe there are registry settings for dimensions and location, but I'm not sure where. Xteq X-Setup might handle that...
