Problem with Soundblaster Pro!
I just re-installed windows, and my soundblaster pro stopped working.
Its giving me the not present, (I know it is), not working properly, (Duh) and the it does not have all the drivers installed.
Now, I am not an expert at computers, but I do know a lot about them.
I have tried everything I can think of.
I've looked at the autoexec, system, etc.
I have searched all around for some drivers for Soundblaster Pro, no luck.
I don't know what the heck happened!
It never did this before, even when I re-installed windows before!
Please help!
Dad: Why won't this game work?
Son: Dad! You got the windows version! We don't have windows!
Dad: Are you nuts? (Points to wall)Theirs a window right there!

Reboot into safe-mode and remove the sound card and any other sound devices found from the device manger. reboot and when prompted install the drivers that you downloaded from the link above.
Remember where you download them to.
