hey Guy's got a quick question thaT is rattling my brain and seem not to be able to find the fix im running windows xp sp1 up till today i never had a problem after a reboot i went to the control panel add/remove when i click on it to open it i recieve this error msg

Are you using third-party styles at all? I found a few links for you, I have only posted one thought as they all basically say the same thing.

thxs m8 that did the trick was a style i was using threw style xp thanks for the tip
