    Discoloured Icons

    Well this one has me beat.
    I've a machine in. Working fine with one problem. The icons in the programs menu (some not all) have turned pink.
    Now I'm sure it is simple but can I find it? No
    the Machine is a 2 Ghz, Epox 8K5A2+, Rage Fury card.
    Help much appreciated.

    try finding your shelliconcache with find files, delete it and then reboot.

    I found it could be cured by TweakUI - there is a setting to repair icons.
    Appreciate this and the other posts
