    Q811493 creates right click slowdown

    The patch Q811493 creates the right click menu to slowdown and causes apps to load alot slower, after uninstalling the patch it becomes normal again, anyoine else with the same prob

    That patch is notorious for causing all sorts of problems on a lot of machines, however it seems to work perfectly on others. I had the same problem and I got rid of it.
