GREAT Day
Wife , grandson and I spent the weekend w/ my oldest son and his lady while my youngest took care of our businsess. The kids got me an outdoor turkey deep fryer and a bunch of seasoning kits for it........We spent the day making a couple of batches of homebrewed ale and stout while consuming part of the last batch and cooking a turkey , absolutely the best Fathers Day I remember.

My four year old got me a Dale Jarrett Hot Wheels car. She picked it out herself. She also got me a NASCAR For Dummies book. Mom had to help her with that since she can not read, but it was still her idea. The nine month old cuddled with me (actually, she does that every day). My wife says she has plans, but we ran out of money. Oh well. The general rule of thumb is that whatever gifts she gives me are things she wanted, not me, so I do not mind that we ran out of money before she could buy whatever she has in mind.

My son ook me to the drag races. Nitro burners were doing 264 mhp in the quarter. Glad I left the Camaro home.
