Pulse dialing when faxing
I have a USRobotics Courier V.Everything v90 external modem, which I recently rescued from a trip to the landfill. This thing is awesome for sure, but only one thing bugs me about it so far - when I send a fax, it insists on using pulse dialing. I'm faxing using the built in faxing software in Windows XP, and I've searched high and low for a place to change this, with no sucess. It's definitely been a while since I've played with modem AT commands, so I'm a bit rusty at this!
Any help is appreciated.

Interesting little inf file hack here at the bottom of the page. It may cause the pulse dialling to go away....

Problem solved, I went to Control Panel > Phone and Modem > Location, and setup a location profile. You choose between tone or pulse dialing there.
