The .EXE file you have downloaded will contain the files you need. It will be either a self-extracting archive, or an installation program.
Put it in an empty folder and run it. It may place the required files in the folder and end. If it does this, follow the re-installation instructions for whichever Windows version you are using, found here:
http://www.soundblaster.com/manuals/sbpci128.pdf
Substitute the folder which the files are in for the CD-ROM\drivers\Win95 type instructions in the manual.
If the .EXE file is an installation program,
Exit from it, then follow the instructions in the manual to Un-install the old drivers.
Then run the .EXE again and follow the instructions it gives.

Please don't post your questions in more than one place. I already posted a link to the driver you need on your other message.

OK, looks like the files you should need are here:
http://www.soundblaster.com/drivers/
Select the options Asia (or America, same files), PCI128 and your Windows version, hit Get Files. Then download from the selections offered.
You will need to download sbpci128setupus.exe (the installation program) and one of the library files.
For Win 95/98 get p128w9x.lib, if you have ME download p128w2k.lib
Run the one with the stupid long name and it should install everything for you.
Good luck.
