All you need to do is take a quick peek at the chip that's soldered to the card. I have a similar card (with the same choices on the driver CD) and my chip says: Avance Logic, Inc. ALS4000 so I installed the corresponding driver without any problems.
Another thing to remember, that if it is producing sound now, then you have the correct driver installed. If you chose an incorrect driver, Windows would have warned you that the driver you chose was not written for your hardware, and you wouldn't have sound now. If you didn't get any of those warning messages, and you have sound, then you're fine. Don't even worry about the other choices on the CD if you have a functioning sound system.
