    Angry anyone else?

    we placed and recieved an order with Newegg, but the case we ordered has been crushed. this is like the 7th case we have recieved from Newegg that has been so smashed up that we have to ship it back. i don't know if its fedex, newegg, or the case manufactorer but its a pain in the ***.

    I got a dvd player from them that the box was a little damaged, but the dvd player itself was fine. that's the only thing I've gotten from them that I've seen any damage on.

    I just received a new MB CPU and ram and it was in great shape. No problems at all. Also the first time I had ordered from them, and I must say I was very pleased.

    I have ordered many things from newegg...enough to build several PCs, and never once had any problems with them.
