Job's getting more difficult!
Hi All,
I'm working in a local computer shop kinda place. Get quite a few repairs in and a good variety from idiot users to a good old virus or 400. Recently though jobs seem to be taking longer and getting more difficult. Either that or my IQ is rappidly decreasing. No longer are we getting paid for restoring a bios to defaults and sending off a thrilled customer.
What does everyone think? Am I having a bad run or is your average job getting more difficult?

part of it is probably your success... depending where you are maybe you are "educating" the stupid users so they aren't making those mistakes... Besides things go in circles... You'll have a run of toughies and then a string of "10 second" fixes
