I have heard that there is a Windows server utility that will roll out Windows updates to all the machines on the network. True? Where can i find this utility?

I think you are probably looking for MS Systems Managements Server. Here.

This allows you to deploy software and updates automatically.

Or there is Software Update Services which is a intranet Windows Update site to avoid you having to download updates for each single maching. With this you only download once and then point the machines at the internal server. This needs to be loaded on a W2k member server. Here for the server and here for the automatic update client if you don't already have it on the machines.
