Windows Update on CD??
I have a client with an extremely slow dialup connection, and he needs his windows & norton updates. I know that I can put the norton updates on Cd, but just wondering if there is any way to download and save the windows updates? I thought I remembered seeing a thread similar to this in the past, but I can't remember where it was. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yup, it is very simple.
Go to windows updates, click on personalise windows updates in the left hand side... click the box that appears on the right to show the windows update catalogue, on the left click windows update catalogue, select your os and away you go.
Note, it gives you EVERY update - so I tell my customers to go to windows update, do the scan, print out the webpage (or highlight and save to notepad) then disconnect and then go through the cd looking for the Q numbers.
I also put a directory listing on the cd's I make so that they can just look through a list first rather than having to click their way through 75 folders....
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Yes, Ma'am. Thank you very much!
That is why my slogan is: Noo Noo Knows!
I may shorten it... I like the sound. Do you remember the Green Hornet?... or was it The Shadow? Yeah, it was... The Shadow Knows!!!!!

One tiny remark,
You can easily apply this fixes Using QCHAIN (multilple updates in a row).
