I definately understand what you mean, firemonkey. That is one of the hardest part of public tech work, having to look at a customer when they bring in their computer for redo's on a very regular basis. When I worked as a tech, we had 2 techs (lets call them Tatoo and "The Round Mound of Sound") that had over a 30 percent comeback rate for 3 months straight. The worst part is that it makes you look bad by association. It also sux to have to work even harder to get your workload done plus babysit them. When they are driking buddies with the managers, all hopes of them being canned are gone.
