    My wife is scared witless of those meds.

    It's a possibility that, when the Lupus gets worse, she'll have to use those particular corticosteriods (including prednisone).

    Sorry to hear about your wife.

    Hopefully the children here will finally realise that situations like this are not funny, especially to those affected by it and keep their mouths shut.

    I have never been truly disgusted by a therad on this forum until this one showed up.

    I've seen much more disgusting and potentially offensive threads here. If we all kept "our mouths shut" out of fear of offending someone, this forum would be pretty empty and the world a plastic land of Prozac smiles. Wait, Los Angeles already is.

    Jerry Lewis' whole purpose in life was to make people laugh at his own expense...My guess is that he wouldn't be offended by this thread. A little perturbed, but not offended.
