Remedy
Hey folks,
I am up for a new position on a help desk, the new company uses Remedy.
Currently we use a custom web based app, I am fairly unfamiliar with Remedy.
Is anyone currently using this for CRM software?
Anyone know of a site containing screenshots (besides the Chronicles of George (Is that Remedy?) Or a user guide...

I think Daemon uses Remedy... I'm sure he could give you a thumbs up/down or some pointers at least... I guess coming from a helldesk evironment you get observant when someone mentions something (anything) that might be better than Track It
