Violated protocol is too strong, its just that most people may have missed the fact this is a new problem and therefore you may not have got the help you need.

No problem. It's just easier to track a problem with a new post than if you post a secondary problem in a different thread. Good luck.

Saved the files to the wd800jb drive and then burned to dvd. Worked great!
