kind of a dumb question but i recently got a free upgrade from my p4 2.4 533fsb to a p4 2.4 800fsb my board supports it Asus P4C 800 Deluxe but i was wonder if there is a way in windows either through windows it self or 3rd party apps to actually see it recognized as a HT cpu or even a dual cpu. i've done a format and reinstall of windows xp pro sp1a with all the windows updates. any suggestions?
