    mainboard for ibm thinkpad

got a customer who's thinkpad quit working from the ac and won't charge the battery. I took it apart and found a burned section on the main board near the battery connector, it has 2 fuses but they check ok. laptop works fine off the battery but not from the ac and won't charge the battery. Can you get a mother board for a laptop at a reasonable price? I found one site that had it, part # 08K32318, for $775. The thinkpad is a X20, type 2662-11U. I found a replacement laptop on price watch for $579 so I think $775 for a board is ridiculous.

I searched a little longer on the net and found this site http://www.acsparts.com/thinkpads/th...temboards3.asp . They list the main board for $250 and an exchange price of 150. Good deal.
