Gonna have to chat with Comcast. I'm paying for 3.5 Mbps down and 384 up. This was the best result I saw.
Just remember that cable is shared bandwith (like being on a hub versus a switch). So if your neighbor was downloading the redhat 9 iso's while you took the speed test it could effect the results. Plus IP in general will have some overhead. Cheers.
