    you're all right

    Yes, well imagine

you go to school, and people make fun of you, instructors don't respect you, you barely speak english, or just have bad habits, and aren't motivated to improve them cuz noone encourages you. Imagine you come home at the end of the day, and your parents are fighting, and your friends are all stoned, and don't understand anything....yes typical for EVERYONE..but imagine it building up and up and up.....and neve rhaving an outlet for frustration.................gee you think the line between your adolescence and that of someone who off-ed a bunch of bullies is that thick? THINK AGAIN. The only difference is that you probably had someone to talk to, to set you straight, to distract you...but some people don't have hobbies to fall back on, books to read, to calm them, parents who watch them, friends who understand..or teachers who care.....those people, are just like you, just with no way out.

In those circumstances, I always recomend weight training. Bench press your troubles away, and you feel better frequently!!!
