HFNetCheck depending on your number of computers, you might be able to get away with the free lite version.
GFI Languard
MS SUS which is free, but you can't push the updates. However Win2k and XP can be told to automatically pull updates from a MS SUS server.
edit~ MSSUS is the one rgharper is linking, but I'll leave mine up there
